I know we haven't even had a race, but we need to set a date and get a location:)
Seems this can happen in early April this year with Easter on the 31st of March.

IT will be at the Rockwoods Banquet Center, same place we were 2 years ago!
We are open to comments if you prefer one or the other, as the prices are comparable.

NSSR has negotiated a contract with Rockwoods Banquest Center in Otsego, MN.
The date of Saturday, April 6th is available.
This is located just North of Rogers Minnesota on State Highway 101 and just south of Elk River.
We will be talking to the Holiday Inn, which is right next door for rates for the NSSR Group.
Prices are up slightly for the food, but a good menu with 2 meats on the Buffet: Sliced NY Strip and Grilled Chicken Breast.
Also includes a Ceasar Salad, Roasted Garlic Mash Potatoes, Baby Carrots, bread and butter, and water and coffee.
If you want or require a special menu, let us know and we will see what we can do.
We will plan a cash bar.
Looks like we will be at $35 per adult and $15 per child at 10 years and younger.
The Childs plate will be Chicken Strips, French Fries and Fresh Fruit.
Rules Meeting will start at 4 PM, Social Hour at 6PM, and Dinner will be at 7PM.

We need to RSVP by Saturday March 23rd.
Any RSVP's that are not paid up front are responsicble to pay whether you are a no show or not.
