Drilled 6 holes in Lake Menomin. It had 18 inches of ice at the starting line/Parking area and about 15 to 16 inches down at the end of the track and shutdown area. About 3 to 4 inches of that is the white snow ice on top, but it appeared solid. There is 5 to 6 inces of snow on top, so with the cold weather we are having, I would anticipate adding 2 inches or so of ice by race time. As usual, enter on the ice at your own risk.
Landing area is plowed if you have big rigs to park by the access.
We will start plowing and shaving on Thursday for the Race on Saturday.
