I should also mention that while we could not control the wind (a lot bigger demand than we can control), that we worked with the City of Forest Lake and their Public Works Staff to get the access fixed and they were Above and Beyond on accomodating our needs to get the trailers down on the Lake! I would again like to thank Mike Tate and his staff for their extra effort and getting this done! These guys removed the planks, at least 3 that had buckled up, and brought the crushed granite rock down to fill the voids and flatten the slope. Ice is a powerful force on this man made feature. They came down again on Friday afternoon with more rock and worked with the front end loader to grade in the rock.
