Green Bay Race is cancelled for 2017!
Want to thank Chris Garrity and Charlie Fleck for all their Hard work on this.

Sorry Guys and Gals!
Just too much Heat and Risk to pull this off.
With Friday and Saturday hitting 45 plus with Sun, the area will be a mess by Saturday Noon!
Hope for Better Weather next year.
Ron

Folks,
Talked to Chris Garrity in Green Bay and he told me he ran into the Wisconsin DNR at the Lake yesterday, Thursday.
He knew the event was cancelled and told Chris that He was waiting for him to cancel, or he would have to step in and make a decision.
Lot of concern about the ice and warm temps.
The big problem now is we really don't have the ice thickness we normally have this time of year.
Take thinner ice and no snow cover, and it is doomed to loose 3 or 4 inches of ice this weekend if not more.
18 inches minus 4 inches makes 14 inches of warm bendable ice.
Be careful Folks!
Ron and Crew
