Well, mother nature is sure being funny these last few years. After the first week in december there was about 6-7 inches of ice on Pleasent lake in Annandale. The winter seemed like it was off to a great start, for sure better than previous years. Boy was I wrong.
On Thursday night there was 12" of ice on Pleasent Lake in Annandale. Far from the minimum requirements of 18 for us to race. I have put on races on 15" of ice before (pre CMSA) and i wont do that again.
So for now, it looks like the McGregor race will be our first race of the season. I have been in contact with the Eagle point and they will have no problem meeting our ice requirements.
I know that many of you were anxious to hear from me thursday night, however i wanted to see how cold it was going to get this week before i posted this.

NSDRA looking at running 800 Pro Stock class this year. Probably not at Nationals in Brainerd, but more than likely at all Qualifiers. There will be another PS 800 shootout for NSDRA/American Snowmobiler on Sept 22 and 23rd at Martin Michigan between US and Canada.
