Working on Race Schedule for 2017.
Time to rev this up as Winter is sneaking up on this and we are do for a good one!
Fairmont has told us they want to try this again, and they will be under new coordinator for the club, now Brad Cone as Point Person.
Races Confirmed are:
February 11th Saturday in Forest Lake, MN with the Host as Vannelli's, Straightline Performance, PowerMadd, and Waldoch Sports.
February 25th, Saturday in Chetek, Wisconsin with the Chamber of Commerce as Host and a large number of businesses that help with this.
Pending scheduling are Howard Lake, MN: Green Bay, Wi: Fairmont, MN
Asking to be on the schedule are Rhinelander, WI: and Nisswa, MN at the Quarterdeck
I will keep nailing this down and check other schedules for conflicts.

Starting to Draft a Schedule for Comment and Coordination. No doubt we will have some conflicts, but winter is short or not at all some of the time:)
Winter Festival Event: January 14th or 21st, 2017 at Howard Lake, MN on Howard Lake. Hosted by the Cokato Snowmobile Club and sponsored by local businesses!
Ice Kahuna Festival: January 28th, 2017 @ Fairmont, MN
on Lake Hall in cooperation with Blizzard Snowmobile Club and sponsored by Graham Tire Company, Doug Sports Centre, Holiday Inn and More! Race on Saturday and Check out the vintage sleds in Waconia on the way home if you are going by on Sunday.
Sweetheart Race: Forest Lake, MN February, 11th, 2017 on Forest Lake on the Weekend before Valentines Day! (Town Access) Hosted by Vannelli’s by the Lake ( http://www.vannellisbythelake.com ), Waldoch Sports, Straightline Performance, and PowerMadd.
Battle on the Bay: February 18th, 2017, CZ GEANO’s at Little Suamico 19 miles North of Green Bay, Wisconsin. This is a huge event with the Bikini Run and a lot of Ice Activities!
Winterfest Finale: February 25th, 2017 in Chetek, WI. NSSR will be part of the Chamber of Commerce and Winterfest Celebration with a weekend of fun, Live Band, and ice activities! Chetek will also host the Outlaw Drag Sleds on Friday and Saturday this year in conjunction with the Chamber events. You can drag and speed run, just a great weekend!
This is very tentative on all but Forest Lake and Chetek as of now, as I am waiting for confirmation and comments.
We do have others who have a strong desire to be added into the schedule, including Rhinelander, Wi, Brainerd, MN on Gull Lake, and the Fortune Bay Casino near Tower, plus others.
